At GroPro Media Private Limited ("GroPro"), we strive for transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.
1. General Refund Terms
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except under the Money-Back Guarantee (Section 2).
No refunds or credits for:
Partial subscription periods.
Unused services during an active billing cycle.
Projects marked "Completed" by GroPro.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
New customers are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date their first video request is assigned to an editor.
To qualify:
Submit a refund request within 14 days.
No refunds after the guarantee period.
How to request: Email [gropromedia@gmail.com] with:
Your account details.
Reason for cancellation.
Exclusions:
Stock assets (e.g., music, graphics) used in your project remain GroPro property.
Abuse of the guarantee (e.g., repeated sign-ups) voids eligibility.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
No prorated refunds for cancellations mid-cycle.
Access continues until the paid period ends.
After cancellation:
All project files are deleted permanently.
Back up your data before canceling.
4. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks
Disputes must be reported within 7 days of the charge.
Chargebacks without prior contact may result in:
Account suspension.
Legal action to recover fees.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
GroPro will not issue refunds for:
Delays caused by incomplete/client-side requirements (e.g., missing assets, unclear instructions).
Subjective dissatisfaction (revisions are offered instead).
Projects declined for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., illegal/adult content).
Changes to subscription plans or pricing.
