1. Subscription Plans & Pricing

GroPro offers tiered subscription plans with varying features:

• All prices are in USD (converted to local currency during checkout).

• Add-ons (e.g., rush delivery, extra revisions) are available for an additional fee.

2. Billing & Renewals

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

• Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other approved gateways.

• Receipts: Sent via email after each payment.

Cancellations

• Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle via your account dashboard.

• No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations (see Refund Policy).

• Existing subscribers retain their current rate until the next renewal.

• International fees (e.g., currency conversion) are handled by your payment provider.

5. Fair Usage Policy

• Plans are designed for individual users. Abuse (e.g., account sharing, excessive requests) may result in:

  • Additional charges.

  • Account suspension.

• Project Limitations:

  • Max video length: As per your plan (e.g., 5 min for Starter).

  • Complex edits (e.g., 3D animation) may incur extra fees.
