Welcome to GroPro Media Private Limited ("GroPro"). By clicking the checkbox during our checkout process, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand the information within our knowledge base detailing our service operations and scope.

GroPro reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement, and any policy or guideline incorporated by reference, at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be posted on this page (www.gropromedia.com/terms-conditions) and will become effective upon posting. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Site for updates. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes or modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF ANY MODIFICATION, DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE THE SERVICES AND IMMEDIATELY PROVIDE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.  



1. Use of Services

  • Your subscription and any add-ons will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period.

  • GroPro operates on one video project at a time.

  • Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed, but most customers receive a first draft within 1-3 business days.


2. Subscription Service Description

  • Your team (Project Manager and Video Editor) will be assigned only after you submit your first Video Request and complete a customer onboarding session. Please complete these steps promptly to avoid delays. Your account will remain active but unassigned until your first Video Request is received. While we may follow up, the responsibility to submit the first request lies with you.

  • A Project Manager and Video Editor will be assigned to your account and will manage and work on your projects.

  • To maximize efficiency and minimize misunderstandings, your team will work on one project at a time. The Video Editor will begin working on the next queued project only after the current active project is marked as "Completed."

  • GroPro uses Adobe Premiere Pro as its primary editing software. You must provide assets compatible with Adobe Premiere Pro. If you require working files, we can only provide Adobe Premiere Pro project files.

  • GroPro’s production resources operate in the IST (GMT+5:30) time zone, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday. Your team will work on your projects during these hours. While they may not always be available outside of these hours, they will respond as soon as possible.


3. Project Limitations

3.1 Service Delivery:

  • GroPro editors work on one video project at a time, and turnaround times are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • All projects must be submitted within your active subscription period.

  • All projects must comply with GroPro’s standard project requirements and limitations.

3.2 Project Packages:

  • Project packages have predetermined specifications and limitations.

  • Exceeding package limitations may incur additional charges.

  • GroPro reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside of our package specifications.


4. Refunds and Transfers

4.1 Refund Policy:

  • Subscription purchases are non-refundable.

  • No refunds or credits will be provided for any partial subscription periods, except as explicitly stated in the Money Back Guarantee.

4.2 Transfer Rights:

  • Subscription services are non-transferable to another account.

  • Service usage cannot be transferred to other GroPro services.


5. Account Management

5.1 Subscription Term:

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their subscription term and renewal dates.

  • GroPro will maintain records of subscription usage and renewal periods.

  • Additional subscription packages can be purchased at any time.

5.2 Service Restrictions:

  • Subscription accounts cannot be converted to a different service type during the active subscription term.

  • GroPro reserves the right to decline or cancel any projects that fall outside its standard service offerings.


6. Modification and Updates

GroPro reserves the right to:

  • Modify service packages or specifications.

  • Adjust service requirements for projects.

  • Update service offerings and limitations.

  • Change subscription pricing.

Any such modifications will:

  • Not affect already active subscriptions.

  • Be communicated to customers in advance.

  • Apply only to future service subscriptions.


7. Termination

GroPro may terminate or suspend services if:

  • The Customer violates any terms of this Agreement.

  • Projects submitted violate content guidelines or legal requirements.

  • The account shows signs of abuse or unauthorized use.

Upon termination:

  • Services will continue until the end of the current active subscription period.

  • No refunds will be issued, except as required by law.


8. Limitation of Liability

In addition to the limitations stated elsewhere in this Agreement:

  • GroPro is not liable for any delays or interruptions in service.

  • GroPro is not liable for any loss of data, financial losses, or damages arising from the use of its services.

  • In no event shall the total liability of GroPro under this Agreement exceed the amount paid by the customer for the current subscription period.


9. Hours of Operation

  • Our team operates Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (GMT+5:30).

  • We take a company-wide break during the final week of the year for Christmas and New Year. You will receive advance notice of the exact dates.

  • We also observe and do not work on the following Indian Public Holidays:

    • Labor Day – May 1

    • Independence Day – August 15

    • Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti – October 2

    • Diwali – As per the lunar calendar

    • Republic Day – January 26

    • Holi – As per the lunar calendar

  • All public holidays and resource time off are already factored into the pricing of our packages.


10. Retainer

  • By subscribing to GroPro, you are entering into a retainer agreement that secures the assignment of the same Project Manager and Video Editor to your account.

  • The total cost of the retainer includes the technology, tools, systems, and processes necessary for GroPro to provide the service.

  • The retainer fee is not based on specific days or hours, and no billing adjustments or refunds will be provided for resource time off, including holidays.


11. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your retainer with GroPro at any time before the end of your current subscription period.

  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to GroPro services and your files until the end of your paid billing term.

  • Access to your account files requires an active subscription. Cancelled accounts will lose access to their files once the billing term ends.


12. Money Back Guarantee

  • New customers using GroPro for the first time are eligible for a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

  • This 14-day period begins upon the allocation of your first brief to your assigned editor.

  • To request a cancellation and refund under this guarantee, you can either fill out a cancellation form or email [email address removed].

  • Refund amounts may vary based on the exchange rate between the US Dollar and your local currency at the time of processing.

  • This guarantee applies only to the first account of a new client.


13. Payment and Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable, except as explicitly provided under the Money Back Guarantee.

  • We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods outside of the Money Back Guarantee.

  • By registering for our services, you authorize GroPro to charge your chosen payment method (e.g., credit card) for the applicable fee on each anniversary of your registration date, based on your billing frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually).

  • In the event of non-payment, your account and access to our services may be suspended.

  • You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You agree to promptly update your account information with any changes (e.g., billing address, credit card expiration date).  

  • GroPro reserves the right to change its fees by posting the changes on the Site with 5 days prior notice. No advance notice is required for temporary promotions or reductions in fees.

  • You, the client, are responsible for utilizing GroPro's services after payment has been made.


14. Limitations and Abuse of Service

  • GroPro is designed for the reasonable use of a single individual.

  • We reserve the right to cancel your account if we determine that your usage is not aligned with our model, including but not limited to: sharing accounts/logins, violating our core values, or abusing our services or team in any way.

  • This includes using our services for illegal or adult/pornographic materials.

  • GroPro does not accept requests outside of its defined scope of services and reserves the right to decline or cancel projects that:

    • Have a running time longer than what your plan includes.

    • Involve excessive complexity beyond standard video editing.

    • Require specialized techniques that are outside of GroPro’s package offerings.


15. Ownership of Content

  • You, the Customer, retain ownership rights to any User Content you submit to the Site and the final video product produced by GroPro.

  • If you invoke the Money Back Guarantee, any stock assets or stock library items used in your project will remain the property of GroPro.


16. Grant of Limited Rights to GroPro

  • By submitting a Task to GroPro, you grant us the necessary rights to your User Content to complete the Task.

  • You authorize us to retain archival copies of all User Content you have submitted.

  • By default, you grant GroPro a non-exclusive right and license to publish your work in our portfolio, website logo block, social media, email, or other communication efforts. If you wish to revoke this right, please notify our team in writing at [email address removed].  


17. Work and Delivery Output

  • While we accept unlimited requests and revisions, our output volume is subject to various factors, including the total request volume and complexity.

  • We will make our best effort to accommodate priority items and your timelines, but we advise against using our service for strictly time-sensitive requests.

  • Your right to use GroPro's services will terminate upon any breach of these Terms of Service.


18. Limitation of Liability (Reiterated)

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss (financial or otherwise) or any damages arising from or relating to this Agreement.

  • You acknowledge and agree that your use of this site is at your own discretion and risk.  

  • BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF GroPro UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE.  


19. Governing Law

Any claim relating to GroPro’s website shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • In the event of non-payment, your account and access to our services may be suspended.

  • You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You agree to promptly update your account information with any changes (e.g., billing address, credit card expiration date).  

  • GroPro reserves the right to change its fees by posting the changes on the Site with 5 days prior notice. No advance notice is required for temporary promotions or reductions in fees.

  • You, the client, are responsible for utilizing GroPro's services after payment has been made.


14. Limitations and Abuse of Service

  • GroPro is designed for the reasonable use of a single individual.

  • We reserve the right to cancel your account if we determine that your usage is not aligned with our model, including but not limited to: sharing accounts/logins, violating our core values, or abusing our services or team in any way.

  • This includes using our services for illegal or adult/pornographic materials.

  • GroPro does not accept requests outside of its defined scope of services and reserves the right to decline or cancel projects that:

    • Have a running time longer than what your plan includes.

    • Involve excessive complexity beyond standard video editing.

    • Require specialized techniques that are outside of GroPro’s package offerings.


15. Ownership of Content

  • You, the Customer, retain ownership rights to any User Content you submit to the Site and the final video product produced by GroPro.

  • If you invoke the Money Back Guarantee, any stock assets or stock library items used in your project will remain the property of GroPro.


16. Grant of Limited Rights to GroPro

  • By submitting a Task to GroPro, you grant us the necessary rights to your User Content to complete the Task.

  • You authorize us to retain archival copies of all User Content you have submitted.

  • By default, you grant GroPro a non-exclusive right and license to publish your work in our portfolio, website logo block, social media, email, or other communication efforts. If you wish to revoke this right, please notify our team in writing at [email address removed].  


17. Work and Delivery Output

  • While we accept unlimited requests and revisions, our output volume is subject to various factors, including the total request volume and complexity.

  • We will make our best effort to accommodate priority items and your timelines, but we advise against using our service for strictly time-sensitive requests.

  • Your right to use GroPro's services will terminate upon any breach of these Terms of Service.


18. Limitation of Liability (Reiterated)

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss (financial or otherwise) or any damages arising from or relating to this Agreement.

  • You acknowledge and agree that your use of this site is at your own discretion and risk.  

  • BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF GroPro UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE.  


19. Governing Law

Any claim relating to GroPro’s website shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
